I use this portfolio as a quiet home for research notes, technical writing, field observations, and small creative experiments. My work sits between careful analysis and clear communication: I like turning complicated ideas into readable explanations, useful tools, and visual stories.
This demo About page shows how an Eyvan site owner can introduce themselves without turning the page into another project archive. It holds a short biography, personal interests, and current focus, with clear calls to action to get in touch or browse the work.
What I care about
A short, human summary of the themes behind the portfolio.
I am interested in work that combines evidence, design, and storytelling. Depending on the project, that might mean writing a clear technical guide, building a small data visualisation, documenting a field note, or explaining a scientific idea with careful typography and accessible media.
- Readable technical writing and research documentation
- Scientific and visual communication
- Small web tools, reproducible notes, and portfolio systems
- Photography, field audio, and place-based observation
Currently
A lighter section that makes the page feel alive.
I am currently refining Eyvan as a clean Jekyll portfolio template for GitHub Pages. The focus is simple: fast pages, accessible defaults, strong typography, reusable media includes, and a design system that is easy to customise without learning a large frontend framework.
Outside the template itself, I use this space to test writing patterns, figures, audio, video, code blocks, citations, and long-form page layouts.
